My recent stay at a hotel in Kochi was a pleasant surprise! the staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived until I left. They arranged everything I needed, from laundry service to a safe family experience. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the amenities you could need. the owner and caretaker went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. I even enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which was a great convenience after a long day of exploring.

While my stay was mostly wonderful, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the room I initially booked wasn't available on the first day, which was a bit disappointing.

Really enjoyed this great hotel, easy to find. The rooms were tasteful and brand-new, they come with a very big balcony and ventilation, as example. The food was good with variety of choice! Everything was simply nice.
